West Ham United defender Winston Reid heaped praise on Andre Ayew after Sunday's 2-2 stalemate at Liverpool.
Ayew lasted 63 minutes at Anfield but impressed heavily as the two teams shared the spoils.
And defender Winston Reid has highlighted the impact of the Ghana international.
“It was a good team performance, but I think we can still improve massively, especially in the beginning of each half," Reid told his club's official website.
"We have to do much better because we haven’t been starting games well enough.
"The guys give everything, so it’s not anything like that, but we need to do better.
“I thought Nord [Havard Nordtveit] came in and did well in an unfamiliar position at right-back, Cress [Aaron Cresswell] came back in and he’s important.
"Ayew gave us a bit of composure when it was needed, and it was good for him to get out and play the minutes he needed.
“It was good to get Andy back out there, too, so hopefully we can start getting our players back in the squad.
"Everyone needs to keep fit and healthy, and we can move forward.”
Dimitri Payet and Michail Antonio scored for the Hammers while Adam Lallana and Divock Origi were on target for the Reds.
