They have clubs and use their influence as gfa execs to demand representation in national teams that's a recipe for disaster it dilutes the strength n potency if these national teams because team callups aren't done with merit, casting a wider net. Therefore, it matters not who is appointed as bstar coach. Get to the root of the problem at the gfa with new policies that clamps down on conflict if interest. At this point gana risks not qualifying to the next afcon n wcup.

secondly, Gh needs a new kit supplier for the national teams. jordan brand, nike. third, dissolve sports ministry n let finance ministry take over. fourth, gfa must invest in training, hotel facilities for the mens n womens teams. gfa must invest in colts, shs regional n national competitions. Gana coaches who win the lg n fa cup must be sponsored to seek further coaching education elewhere in europe. why are coaches like boadu n ogum not being supported? gfa must reward gpl goal king, most improved player, best goalie, most assists these are motivations that will help the lg grow. we have gfa leaders who are just there to satisfy their individual selfish agenda. qualification to the next wcup n afcon may not happen

A foreign coach may opt not to pick gfa agency players. But you must know that all the national teams from u17 to Chan are filled with okraku, gfa exec players and the worst is they are not good. There must be a policy to ensure that gga president, execs don't own clubs in this country or else only their players will be selected for the teams, tournaments, friendlies etc and in 5 yes of okraku I'm charge we have all seen the results.
