  Stupid sports minister you know a tournament is coming. BE proactive and reach out to the various federation heads and ask them if they have a list ornif they have any expenses. You lazy buffoon you sat in your ac office and assumed. Did you ask them anythkng about their list? No..other federations may have voluntarily approached you with a list but you should have been proactive and reached out to them, first. Gh leaders always shifting blame

  Normally, sportsmen make every conceivable effort to enter competitions outside Ghana. That these cyclists put in so much time, when competition is in Ghana, shows dedication.
