Isn't that what makes it serious, of course, in a familial, brotherly way, your claim that one brother ate alone all the food meant for the two of them?

As I understand it, the reason the seniour ate all the food alone is that it was a Ghanaian dish, not Spanish, thinking, rightly or wrongly, that since he was the Ghanaian of the two the dish was meant for him -- alone! Not a bad meaning to read into an unclear message of serving only Ghanaian food in a globalised home of Ghanaians and Spaniards!

For a fair attainment of globalisation in the home, mom should perhaps serve both Ghanaian and Spanish diets simultaneously! Or, for innovation, mix and blend the two into a new 'specimen', and give it a globalisation-sounding name, say, GhaSpa! The biological, evolutionary motivation for such an innovation shall be not only globalisation but also diversity and symbiosis!
