  When you finish prosecuting those who shared money for party primary votes, then you can prosecute Mahama. Some people think it's only government who can do or build something. He is a former president and well connected to reputable NGO's and philanthropist who can fund this. It is wise and sensible to inquire where he is getting the funds from than to assume it is coming from his own pocket. Backward thinking villagers.

  The timing alone speaks for itself. This man has been out of power for almost eight years and when he realized he may lose the election in his backyard so he just decided to do something to draw attention from his people.
  
  It would have been better not to do it at all than 500 capacity. If I were from that town, I will find it insulting because at least if it were 2,000 that speaks better for the purpose. 500 shows reluctance but then it was only being done for people to see during this election period.
  
  That's the impression I gather.
