  I don't blame referees insisting on being paid their fees before matches, because GFA is notorious for not paying people after working. They stiff people. They don't even pay players of the national football teams their bonuses in a timely fashion. Referees in other countries have no problems being paid after matches. Given the history of GFA's tardiness in paying, it is disingenuous for GFA secretary general to compare themselves to other countries.
