  Whose fault? NPP and NDC. Kufuor's Government which pretended Woyome won the bid for the construction of the Stadiums could have profited to have high grade stadiums in Ghana. They took cash from Woyome(Supported by NDC) when it was very evident Woyome was incapable of handling contract of that magnitude.
  
  When he (Kufuor) now realized there were delays in the advancement of the works, he abrogated the contract and yet still unilaterally gave it to an inefficient Chinese group! Any intelligent leader would have had world standard stadiums built from any least opportunity; JA Kufuor just blew it for kickbacks. The rot in Kufuor's head is as huge as the universe.
  
  Senegal, Maroc, Ivory Coast built very wonderful stadiums, but we had better chance than them.

If Morocco could Institute some type.of technical.drainage system that retrieves rain water and directs the water elsehwere..you too can do.that over there in afuom Ghana..leaders are supposed to bring innovation and peace not sit in their faces and continue with the status quo like most foolish leaders do in afuom ghana..less talking, more solutions

If our Stadiums can't sustain heavy rains, then what would have happened if we were in areas when snow falls like crazy all day, sometimes up to 6 feet of snow? Hmmmm....we really have a country called Ghana ampa.

  Is this the only stadium in the world on which rain falls. If not, how are such pitches managed successfully in other nations? The problem is that the NSA does not learn anything from other successful countries to improve the state of our stadia maintenance culture. Everything new you give to the black man, it will go down due to horrible maintenance into a schithole. The question is why?
