Without a dedicated structure set in stone to churn our competing athletes every year..you can increase the bonus to 1m no.one will get it..on e a year you need to have a national track and field competition..you need to inventive former athletes and coaches to create track clubs to churn out athletes and empower them to host a track event at least on e a year. Add university games. Shs nationals. Jhs and primary national competitions..colleges and universities should also provide athletic scholarships to.deserving students like we see with the ncaa in America..as sports minister and as president t of Ghana athletics do we have these institutions firmly entrenched in Ghana? No..remember that the best athletes that Jamaica ever produced didnt attend school in America..Elaine Thompson, Usain bolt, assafa Powell, shellyanne price,

  If talking and blowing hot air were olympic sports, Ghana would win gold medals. The sports ministers knows in his heart that no Ghanaian athlete will win gold to claim the $10,000 bonus and that's why he boosted the bonus from $2,000 to $10,000. At least Ghanaians can't say he didn't try.
