The difference is clear. In Morocco, the football federation dare not violate King Mohammed V instructions. In Ghana GFA claims they are registered legal entity that do not take instruction from Ghana govt.

The Govt shd quickly sack GFA from getting close to it and hand it over to National Sports Authority to manage. GFA cannot claim the monies given to them by FIFA is theirs, it is for the ppl of Ghana.
