I think is a good idea when adopted and implemented, but, still some one has to lose for the other to win. Luck has to be on your side to win a game sometimes. That is why best players are selected for a national team of a country. They all come to a tournament, and only one wins (sometimes with a suprise performance or luck). Let us not forget that, if you unlucky sometimes, it causes you the favored team the trophy.

Not only will awarding all three points to the winning team be fruitful, it will also put up a exciting game when both teams will be forced to play attacking football. This will further improve our attacking game as a country.

This will only be a good idea if we have at least 80% of local players in the team but this is a case where only 1 or 2 local players play for the senior team. I don't think this will have any impact.

Two points for the winner of the penalthy shootout, one point for the loser. Winner awfter 90 minutes of play gets three points. It's a great idea.

Winner of the penalty shoot out shoould be awarded two points and the loser a point. Awrading full three points will not motivate clubs to score dunring regulation but will rather concentrate on how to take penalties

Iwas going to type that when I read yours.Yes 2 points should go to the penalty kickouts winner and one point to the losser.That's how the US ice hockey league does it which I found it sensible.

I have been advocating this idea for long.Finnaly it is being considered.Winning team gets two points and loosing team gets one point.Thus the league table should have a winning draw and loosing draw sections.

This is not the best options, it will not improve the quality of play. The English Players are not good in taking penalty kicks as well but did they change their league to suit penalty kick? Maybe they should just play penalt ...

This is not not new in Ghana. It has actually been tried before in the Ghana League for one or two seasons in the 80s
(not too sure) and abandoned. It was introduced for the same reason.

When it happen, it will favor other teams like small teams like RTU or clubs that are not performing go at the league. Because we are dealing with points. If that is down, it will allow small teams to get more points while they are not to win the league.

My advice is start to train players how to kick to the ball. If you look at the football world, it is the player that have a good kicking technic that take a penalty..
What is Anthony Yeboah doing? Can he not train strikers for Ghana. Can Abedi not train technical midfielders for our? and can Sammy Kouffour not train defenders how to defend?
