  It is not up to Wakaso to brush aside that $5 million offer. It is up to Espanyol to accept or not. If Espanyol accepts that offer, then Wakaso can start negotiating with the Russian team for his salary. He can then reject his transfer based on what the Russians are offering him but this 5 million is not being offered to him personally but rather it is the transfer fees being offered to Espanyol and Wakaso has no control over that.
