AA must tap into the rich experience of the senior players. Guys like Suley, Esien, Gyan, KPB, etc will give their all if well managed. They deserve some degree of respect in order to maintain team spirit and peace.

I agree with you when it comes to the good management part but the respect is what I deem it to be pampering in your context. The game is fair play and I think each and every member of the team deserve the same treatment. Subtitution is not an unfair treatment, so I think Mr. Muntari has to explain to Ghanaians why he did that and render an apology to the Management of the team and Ghanaians. This is more than the 3rd time a professional player of his calibre ever did this to a Ghanaian coach; Laryea Kingston, Dede Ayew and now Sulley (about 2nd time). It is very appalling to see professional players tramp over their local coaches and hail foreign coaches. You don't demand for respect, you earn the respect and no respect is gained out of disrespecting others. The fans always wanna see the big guys come back to play for our country so they should give us a break of always showing their anger and disagreements on the pitch because that's not why we called them. They represent Ghana for a good purpose; ie. to win the game. We love the game. We love our players. We love our God-given Country

It is a fundamental mistake to substitute a player on the basis that he is not as good as a player on the bench.
This is an oxymoron argument to make for substituting any player. It is disrespectful, and demoralizing.
The onus is on Coach Appiah to educate himself on what it takes to motivate the professionals who are sacrificing for our beloved Great Ghana.
He needs lessons in operations management, economics, organizational behaviours, and the art of communication.
He must learn to adopt a style of management that would bring the best, -- rather than the worse -- out of our talented players.
Let me reiterate, the onus is on Coach Appiah to motivate our stars.

I stand for correction, he started most of our games from the bench in one of our tournaments (AFCON or WC can't remember) under an expatriate coach and he never complained. why now? No matter who they are and how much they play, the players need to give max. respect to our local coaches for Christ sake. At the end of the day, we won the game so why cry over a spilt milk.
Remember though: Discipline is a key to success.

Being a well educated individual and a well renowned international star, I expect you to lead an exemplary life for your junior mates as well as your senior mates to emulate you. Remember that even in your own team in Italy, coach do substitute you whenever he sees fit to do so. Every player plays an important role in every game as team players. Nevertheless, there are times, players do not shine or be at their utmost best and the job of a coach is to observe players when matches are being played to take notes of errors and makes changes when it matters and neither you nor any other player being overseas or local is above the coach’s decision once it is not done on grounds of nepotism or favoritism. Remember the famous adage that” no man is an island” football is a team work and hence what I will expect you and any other player is accept and welcome changes and have a civilize conversation with the coach after the game querying why you were changed. Any good coach will listen and give you his feedback and you should be willing to listen and learn because it is something we must all learn everyday and that is how we can all grow and get better each day.
Imagine you were originally on the bench and the coach substituted a player for you to enter and perform a particular task to win a game. What would you have said or done? Remember we all have temper and feelings but the degree is what differentiates us. Humility, attitude, aptitude and maturity will always take us far in life. You are a wonderful player and as a fan of yours, I will implore you to control your temper because you have a far way to go in life. Your passion and love for football is what I like most about you Sulley so do better because you know better. I will also ask you to sit back and reflect on your past events and do introspection. Once that is done you will find some answers to all your troubles and how to rectify them.
