One cannot however write him off now but I believe Dauda couldn't have handled the two headers from Nigeria and Lybyan players during the CHAN. The way Stephen Adams saved those balls and others makes him a goalie who should not be written off at all. His reflexes and aerials balls are very good. I think Ghana needs to watch this goalkeeper very well.
The way we read issues here seems to suggest that the goalkeeper trainee needs to be talked to or needs to be changed in order to maintain keen competitiveness in the goalkeeping area.
We know Adam Kw.. is a good goalkeeper but why is he confused when he mans Ghana post? Why? Hmmmm

Yes Kwarasey made some saves with Brazil; that was then. What is his form now? Didn't he flop at AFCON 2012? Didn't Fatau get voted man of the match at AFCON 2013? Stop the Dauda hate and encourage the guy. He is confident, the reason he talks tough. Do you want him to say 'I'll not be able to stop Ronaldo's shots?
The guy knows his worth and what he is preparing to do at the World Cup. Be sincere, can he be left out of the Squad? Just name 3 Goalies for Ghana today that he is not one.
For those of us who know him well from age 10 when he started keeping are not scared of his capabilities at all! Kwesi Appiah and Konadu know this.
At 15 years of age, this guy was superb and was in the post on Mondays when these players come down for holidays; Yaw Preko and Owusu Benson, Osei Kuffuor, Alex Nyarko, Godwin Ablordey, just to mention a few. So if he is saying Ronaldo's shots would be stopped by him, understand him and motivate him instead of the insult.
It is only Ghanaians that always want people to keep quiet and not express themselves or speak up or out; the reason we are behind in almost everything.

Adjei is a good goalie and, in my opinion, he is better than Dauda. But stopping penalty kicks against Brazilian school children is nothing like making incredible saves against magnificent shots from players like Ronaldinho, which stellar performance is on Youtube.

What Dauda did at age 10 or 15 is no different than any other goalie in the world. I probably was a better goalie than him when I was playing colts in Accra. I can name several kids growing up in neighborhoods like Mantse Agbonaa, Tudu, Nima, Cow Lane, etc—who I thought were superb. But, they never made it to the pros. I can assure you that every goalie you meet have had similar experiences like Dauda at age 10 and 15. In fact, that is why they are still goalies.

Mind you, Adam also started young. We do not even know about what kind of neighborhood he started from. It could be from the ghettos of Oslo--probably, just like KPB and Jerome who grew up playing in the tough neighborhoods of Berlin. Trust me, most of the players that will assemble at Brazil 2014 have had similar experiences.

Well, in a few months we shall see whether soccer games are won by bragging or juju. And, another thing, the rise of the cedi does not depend on spiritual means or on prayers. It depends on sound economic practices and the actions on other nations in the global market place. It is similar to the FIFA World Cup. Success depends on sound management and the activities of the other teams in the tournament.

Please, tell our leaders to stop praying for divine intervention for the cedi and start working.
