  so mr writer talk more about the constitution.more associations are useless and do not even have constitutions.
  THAT IS THE ONLY WAY FOR EFFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPORTS..ALSO REMEMBER THAT THE LEGISLATIVE INSTRUMENT HAS ALREADY GIVEN AUTONOMY TO ALL THSES ASSOCSIAOTNS.
