This move by Kwasi Appiah shows his maturity and humidity as a coach. Coach Ardy is one of the best coaches in the country with huge experience in coaching and international games. He brought a lot of the present squad members up as footballers with his coaching earlier in their careers as Starlets. This is an awesome decision yet again by kwasi Appiah, relying on local knowledge and expertise

I think it is in order,Oliver Bierhoff who was once a team mate of Stephen Appiah is with the German national team.Stephen needs to be employed on permanent basis to the national team bcos of his character.

The whole modern soccer you see today is based on Coach Ardays system called the multi system. Few people remember that when coach Arday won the under 17 cup he developed a system called multi system. he was invited to London to lecture on the system and out of that is premised the modern 4-5-1, though with alterations.
