Manchester United are set to battle it out with Liverpool for Ghana World Cup star Andre Ayew, the Daily Express has reported.
The 24-year-old scored two goals at the tournament as the Black Stars exited at the group stage.
But his performances have alerted both clubs, who are keen to lure him from Marseille this summer.
Ayew has previously revealed his dream to play in the Premier League and could get his wish before too long.
The son of legend Abedi Pele could still remain at French Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille who have appointed new coach Marcelo Bielsa. Last season, Ayew scored six goals in 25 appearances.
