We have just 15 days to go before we play Guinea away. Instead of appointing a substantive coach who can ensure the Black Stars seize the initiative in our group, the GFA have resorted to a trial and error exercise to test the ability of Maxwell Konadu before making their decision. The question is will Konadu be fired and replaced by an applicant coach if he gets excellent results against the Guineans in the 2 leg encounter? I doubt very much. The problem is Konadu although a good coach is not a deep believer in attacking football and has a poor track record of matches played away from home. I wish him all the best and hope he gets 6 or 5 points for Mother Ghana. It's a huge gamble because a Trial and Error approach can sometimes spell disaster.

YES BROTHER OSEI YOU COULD BE 30% RIGHT BUT AT THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE FIND OUR SELVES WE JUST HAVE TO BACK COACH KONADU. THERE IS NO SUBSTANTIVE COACH WHO CAN HANDLE THE BLACK STARS AND GIVE US THE REQUIRED WINS CONSIDERING THAT THE PLAYERS ALWAYS ARRIVE FOR MATCHES JUST 5 DAYS BEFORE EVERY GAME, EXCEPT SOMEONE WITH PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF HOW OUR DEAR TEAM PLAYS.WE GHANAIANS HAVE TO BACK COACH MAXWELL FOR NOW. IT IS WHAT IT IS BOY.

But what about my other query? Will Konadu be fired if he gets an excellent result against the Guineans and make way for the new man on the block? That beats me, to borrow Bro. Sarks' catchphrase.
