This is a totalitarian attitude. Herbert you can't threaten someone who has a legitimate right to take legal action to claim his assets from a company.
You can't stop him Herbert. Let him go ahead. This is democracy. After all, no one on this earth is above the STATUTES OF THE LAND.
Taking Asantehene to court? Of course, he can present himself at court or he has a way of going about it. That is not your business Herbert.
