  Just give any edifice to a Ghanaian civil servant to manage and he will run it down because its a government property with little accountability.Moments after the CAN 2008 tournament some private entities wanted to manage the stadiums but the sports council stood in that they are more than capable to look after the facilities and now look at the mess they have created on all the four stadias in the country.
