  A scout can only recommend a player. You, the coach, accepts or rejects the player. There is a good reason for using scouts. Scouts can be in places that the coach can't be because of time limitations. They also can build rel ...

  A scout can only recommend a player. You, the coach, accepts or rejects the player. There is a good reason for using scouts. Scouts can be in places that the coach can't be because of time limitations. They also can build relationships with players that can make highly rated players decide in favor of playing for your club. Mr. Duncan, it all depends on your judgement for picking the right scouts and the right players.
