What is Polo using as his measure of merit for football coaching? He should consider combination of all factors like years of coaching, winning record, coaching preparation and high pressured positions held. There are some people who want to coach but never bother to get the right training or required experience. Konadu worked at Feyenoord Academy and Red Bull Academy in Ghana after playing for Kotoko and in Europe. He trained as a coach in Germany and became the coach of Wa All Stars and then Kotoko before GFA gave him a national assignment. Can Polo state his own coaching biography or that of those he feels were bypassed?
