  Hooliganism in football is everywhere In the world, the organizers of the Ghana football association must understand that oganizing football games comes with the price, the price is making allocations for security personal to protect the players and also the spectators. In Ghana such meassures are often over looked and the results are alarming, is just like runing a club without security. Obviously people will come and fool. The organizers must protect games

  So we should accept is as a sensible norm?
  
  You "protect" a game, but the fools break the perimeter and attack and harm, even kill, referees, and no-one is prosecuted and executed or even jailed, and then you come back to "protect" some more, till the next violence occurs?
  
  Why, despite the protection elsewhere, does hooliganism still exist everywhere in the world?
  
  You should back up Mr. Fianko instead of shifting the blame on inadequate protection.
  
  Civilised societies don't need palpable defence against indiscipline; they just respect the rules and common sense.
  
  With 10,000 spectators, do you want 20,000 kotis?
  
  The only solution is arrest, prosecution and punishment.
