MAY BE IF THE POLICE HAVE THE BACKING OF THE FA IN PROSECUTING THE HOOLIGANS, THINGS MIGHT BE DIFFERENT. WELL, THE GFA AND THE FA OFFICIALS ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN CORRUPTION AND SHARING BONUSES.

Don't blame the police but the foolish democracy that you have.
You have forgotten that anytime police use minimum force on such incident then you begin to accuse the police of being unprofessional.

People don't have to fear the police. The police should be well trained to face situations. Being calm and not getting upset when making an arrest is what they lack. Professionalism is needed in the force. They should think that they are doing their job like any other person rather than thinking that the force is their family property and then ending up abusing the people. I will rate them 2 out of 10 if you compare them to their counterparts in the other part of the world. More training is needed.

Our police are now useless at stadium, i was at tema stadium few weeks ago to watch the match between Amicus and Sporting mire, intact our football is becoming something else. A policeman was standing right infant of young boys who were smoking wee seriously an he was smiling to them when they were intimidating the owner of metro tv, fatal. He told one of the boys making to come down from where the camera men use to stand to do coverage n the boy asked him if he was his family member before he is thinking of his safety, that if he want to smoke he should join him at the top there and the police just smile and left there. Then i ask how safe are the referees and the away team in the mist of this wee smokers. This same boys were bold to tell fatau that the went to beat elmina sharks in their own home during FA cup between true democracers and elmina sharks. So do u still feel safe in thee hands of a police when officiating. I wish military men can be use
