I doubt that there was race in this one.
I watched the game live, and in real time, it did look like a horrible tackle.

It was the replays that revealed the fake and transmogrification by Sarvas.

It was the replays that revealed the fake and transmogrification by Sarvas.

Instead of Afful serving suspension, Sarvas - for faking - (and referee Petrescu, as Nokwarehene suggests - for not consulting his aides) - should be the ones suspended.
