Will nyantakyi be happy if we impose a deputy on him? If u want to train gh coaches to take the job in the future. Do that. Send them to training programs overseas. Don't expect any foreign coach to come and training ur dumb local based coaches. u think they have time for that? U hired a foreigner to come and produce results. U are paying them to produce results. If the foreign coach tells u that look, it will be difficult for me to produce results of you gfa impose ppl on me. Then u gfa say okay, bye we can't work with u. Waa look. Can u go and impose a vice president for Akuffu Addo? And task him to produce results for Ghana economy with a dimwit assisilike Maxwell konadu for instance? No wonder grant, plavi, milo all failed. U imposed dummies for them to train. These dummies can't learn and they can't offer anything that will benefit these foreign coaches so what do u expect? Muahahahahaaaaaaa oh lawd...
So what should we do Almighty Saint Ghfuo says one dummy gfa member...well, narrow down your expectations and be precise. Go with a Ghanaian coach. Be precise on your requirements and qualifications and tell them to hire their own technical support. Give them a budget. Don't tell them to serve as chan coach, no. Let the best gh coach in the lg be in charge of the charge of the chan team. Give local coaches something to look forward to and a challenge if they are successful. Invest in the best local coaches like coach bash and occasionally let them work with the bstar coach. Send the local coach to brasil, Germany or holland to learn. Do this for 10yrs and have budget set aside for this and soon u will see more local gh coaches emerging to win trophies. If you don't create the environment to reward and invest in local coaches. Don't expect anyone to come and train your coaches. Konadu in my opinion is being rushed for no reason. Send him to u20. Give meteors to sellas tetteh or tanko and chan to bash and bstar to desailly. Give u17 to dramani or opeele that big mouth or duncan. There must be. Asuccession plan written down in stone. If u do this or win this, u climb up the ladder etc. Right now, corrupt gfa don't have this. They make decisions off the cuff, haphazardly. How can u obtain success like this? In a few years to come,I suggest an automatic confirmation of Mr Konadu as the trainer of the Ghana Black stars who might have being in the assistant coach position for 7 or 8 years with multiples of experiences from foreign and Ghanaian coaches and he would be ripe enough to handle the Ghana Black Stars to achieve laurels for the Nation.If GFA throws him assunder,it would be like the proverbial hen which was ready to hatch the golden eggs for the owner and had been cast away to the loss of money.
