He was hired to coach not to direct the GFA. They were his employees and hes their subordinate. It's not his job to direct them on what to do. With a name like Kwabena Malik I'm not surprised with your disgraceful comment

Grant is just realizing how much he messed up.He knows it won't take much for his replacement to make him look very very bad.So he has tried preemptive damage control which didn't work,he has appealled to our emotions but he cannot compete with how Ghanaians feel about their football.And now,the threat of Coach Appiah coming back to outshine him is very real.That is what is driving him crazy.That is why he is talking so much now.In the last 2 weeks he has said more than he did during his entire tenure as our coach.He is now trying to shift the blame and negative focus to GFA.That smells quite desperate if you asked me.And I know a thing or two about smells.

A man without tactics or strategy. A man who claim he's waits for his opponent to get tired before he bring in his best players is not a coach. A man who cries in front of his players because one of them insulted him is not a coach. A coach who does not talk about football tactics is not a coach. Have you ever seen kwesi appiah as a football pundit analyzing game/tactics? No and you never will bexcuse he has no know ledge of the gane. Hes he was gold foit baller bUT it stops there for him. The man is a blockhead nothing inside that coconut head of his. He just got that position because of favoritism. There are many great coaches in ghana who deserve it not kwesi appiah. Even CK Akunmor is a better coach. Is kwesi appiah becomes coach again there will be a bigger disaster

He's right. In every field of human endeavor if we want to succeed then we must start from the kids. Back in the day we had a very active, well organized and well patronized inter-schools football competition for secondary schools. Athletics also enjoyed the patronage and support of both the government and the public. Today with the exception of the football academies which are mostly exploitative nothing worthwhile seems to be going on in sports development at the basic level of education. The result is there for everyone to see.
