If the management of Asante Kotoko will not advice the supporters to stop chastising Ghanaian referees their team will continue to sink, The players are not playing well and also they're not discipline.

Complaining shifting blames has been with man since the fall of Adam.
When God was feeding the Israelites with manna; it got to a point they complained that they are tired of eat manna .they went further to described the food as bad.
Blackman complains a lot. The taking is too much.
In a competition U cannot be the winner all the time.
Radio presenters on the hand are another group that are destroying KOTOKO TEAM.
They behave as if they know everything about football.
We have sixteen teams playing the GPL.
But they hardly discuss issues of the remaining teams.
They always create problems for the team in their discussion. ANYONE who occupy the team they have something to say.
They are fault finders.
They must also discuss other teams when they loose matches and create tensions for them also.Fir Kotoko is not the only team in Ghana playing the GPL.
Managers and kotoko supporters must learn to support their team in all situations and stop following presenters in most cases when they discuss them.
If U want to excel and stay focus U must avoid them in most cases or have a heart and wisdom to pick some of their comments.
Most of their disccusions create problems.
Kotoko players must let the field do their talking for them. They must learn to play above themselves; because it's the dream of every team to beat kotoko.
Also every player wants to prove himself of playing for kotoko, so when they get the chance they kill themselves to catch the eye of kotoko managers.

I suggest the managers of kotoko, as well as the footballers, must learn to do their own analysis and self assessment.
They must stop listen to radio after every game, because some comments coming from that end are just initiatives killers : it can kill U psychologically and physically.
Collective ie, team assessment must be done after every game, individual players must also do their own assessment to find out if they did well or not, to improve or sustain their quality.
Once again the best place or platform for the players to do their talking should be on the field just as Opoku Nti once said.dont let presenters and supporters fight positions or selection for U, it's very dangerous.

This coac is neither first class, second , third nor fourth coach so who brought him to come handled a big club like Kotoko? Why does Kotoko CEOs (past and present) and all management members periodically behave same? Do they have any wisdom and knowledge at all? Can't they reason and comprehend and know that they are giving so many sickness, diseases to many Kotoko fans because of their abysmal performance? Again, do they know that some fans die through road accident just for coming to stadium to watch Kotoko matches? If they care to know, why can't they put themselves into the same shoes of the fans who suffer and use their hard earned money to pay gate proceeds? Shame on you all, CEO and bogus management.

Since the CEO of Kotoko, Mr. Kyei took over as Chief Administrator of the club, he has not availed himself to the journalists and the general public for scrutiny. And, he has not made any public statement-be it on radio or TV. So, what does he take us (the fans) for? Toys or fools? He must be told in plain English that he is working for people and by people so he cannot keep mute or behave like deaf or dumb when most of the fans do not have anybody to turn to fir answers regarding the woes facing the Army Club of Africa. Why doesn't he want to talk to anybody? We all know he is rich. Fine. I thank God for him. And for that. But he should know that administering Kotoko includes constant and timely sharing of information and ideas. And this is why the job requires effective communications skills and being affable. Nonetheless, I strongly blame the bad King Otumfuo, on whose watch Kotoko has never been on her feet. Since he assumed the Asante throne as King, he has not added any value to our club. He brags as having money...where is it? Why can't he make the club attractive? Why doesn't he want to inject hefty money to transform the team? Why is it that up to date the club does not have her own portable training ground, befitting club house where players can go to eat and take some rest? When can Kotoko have her own stadium? Till Jesus comes the 2nd time? Or till we all die? Ah, I am not an Asante but I know Asante are 'filthily rich' so one would have thought that all Asantes would contribute money to help build stadium for our team. Where is the so-called riches that Asantes brag about? Are they hiding their money at bank or in the forrest? Or have they dug the ground keeping their money there? I won't be surprised if they are doing that. After all, we are Africans and as black people, we take delight in seeing people suffer when money is being saved at bank without having any interest or working with the money to maximize profit. I am mad with Asante King because it is him who is destroying Kotoko. do you disagree with me? Ok, give me your reasons why you think he is not responsible for the problems facing the team since he took affairs of the team. You see, he is not as smart as some Ghanaians think he is. And let me depict it vividly to you. First of all, every 2-3, he sacks CEOs and management. What happens next? When he sacks his management officers, he does not advertise the vacant positions in any publication and only look for the rich in society to appoint. So in the end, it matters of who can do the work or not, what matters to King Otumfuo is just be a rich man and get his closed aid person to introduce you to him. This same bad thinking trend has been going on for over 15-years but up to date, he has not seen that it isn't working and needs to be changed. It will be wise and better to advertise all opening positions of Kotoko in all the public newspapers and electronic media to help having qualified candidates apply for the various positions. In this modern world, serious goot clubs publish their coaching positions and prone down the number to few people who are called for interview and the position given to the most qualified candidate. Until this antiquated methodologies of Otumfuo is brought to an abrupt end, Kotoko shall not see any peace. Or, maybe, unless the King dies before the team can win another African Champions League trophy.
