  In recent years football is about power and skills. The Black Stars want to play with skills only. If we do not change that system , we can't go far especially if we meet at team that is skillful. This has been the reason why we find it difficult to handle Egypt of late. This mindset is also affecting our foreign based players.

  Soccer is not only about playing 4:4:2 or 3:5:2,it's about team building .AA BUILT A TEAM AND BEAT EGYPT 6:1AND TOOK US BRAZIL,GRANT COULD NOT BUILT A TEAM THAT'S WHY WE ARE WHERE ARE TODAY.
