Former Kotoko defender Ofosu Appiah wants to end his career in his native country Ghana, declaring his intention to sign for any local club.
The 27-year-old, who left the Ghanaian giants in 2011, is back home after stints in South Africa, Latvia and Estonia.
“I will like to play in the Ghana Premier League, if any of the clubs can afford what I need, I want to end my career in Ghana here ” Ofosu Appiah told Ash FM sports in Kumasi.
The strong centre-back made no secret of his admiration for his former club.
“I watch every Kotoko game on TV, I’m always in contact with Isaac Amoako, I knew everything that happened at the club even when I was outside Ghana.”
Ofosu Appiah who still has a contract with his current club will affirm his decision to return home and play in the GHPL after exhausting his contract.
