Distinguished broadcaster Kwaku Sakyi-Addo has resigned as head of the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications, StarrFMonline.com can confirm.
It is unclear reasons for his resignation, but StarrFMonline.com sources say the talented corporate communications specialist is heading for the National Communications Authority as its new head.
The source confirmed that Mr. Sakyi Addo received his appointment letter from the Akufo-Addo government days ago.
The broadcaster was appointed Chief Executive of the Telecom chamber in May 2011.
Mr. Sakyi-Addo was General Manager (Communications) of Aqua Vitens Rand from 2007, and played a major role towards ensuring the full completion of the company’s five-year management contract in Ghana.
