At least it's pleasant to hear her talk I have to switch to other channels and even foreign tv as most of our presenters and host are poor in their vocabulary of the English language. Bad intonation is killing ghana tv.

the headline is grammatically wrong. We don't say "she's a talkative." but "she is talkative". The of 'a' should end the sentence with a noun!
