Disappointed Appiah can't let go Kevin Prince B. It looks like, he wants others to work for KPB to reap the rewards, and that is, if BS does qualify. I do remember when Appiah was in Milan and requested to see KPB through Sulley Muntari only to be snubbed. How on earth do you still need this individual when he refused to see or talk to you? This tells me the Black Stars still needs a seasoned coach to prepare this team. Appiah is not the right Guy if and only if he still continues to pursue KPB..

I have a lot of confidence in the 25 players invited for camp and I believe with the right technical approach all will be well. But it is important that the players and the technical team for now keep their focus solely on the Sudan game and how to get the badly needed 3 points. Those 2 matches following that should not distract us from this goal. We should start focusing and plotting on the Lesotho match after June 7. After June 16th it will then be time to put all our energy and focus on the crunch game against Zambia. Repeat, for now our total attention is how to beat Sudan in their own backyard. We have done it twice before. And I believe we can do it again, by the Grace of Almighty. Taking on one match at a time will ensure the players are fully focused on that particular game. It will also ensure they are relaxed and are not unduly pressurised. Wish them Good Luck.

We will surely top our group. But it is the last round that is putting fear in me. We can be drawn against any of: Egypt, Cameroun, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Tunisia, Algeria, and so on. That will be in October of this year.

Bros. Stallion and K. Lee. You folks are spot on. It will get tougher as we round up the qualifiers. But if we still keep our second placed ranking then we may avoid Ivory Coast, Mali or Nigeria at least. The top five in the FIFA rankings stand to be seeded so we may face a not so high profile team if we get there. Senegal and Cameroon who currently lie below the top 5 are the countries to watch out for. Having said that our priority is to get there first. So for now it is better to concentrate on each match as it comes. Greetings!

The boys should be fit and not tired. Most of them are benchwarmers, so no problem for them.

What time is this match against Sudan going to be played? I hope not 1pm again. The maximum temperature in Sudan is about 43 oC.
