President Nana Akufo-Addo has sworn in four Ministers of State on Tuesday, April 4 to occupy various roles at the presidency in some key ministries.
The four are Sarah Adwoa Safo, Minister of State at the Office of the President – Public Procurement; Brian Acheampong, Minister of State at the Office of the President; Dr Nurah Gyiele, Minister of State at the Ministry of Agriculture, and Prof Kwesi Yankah, Minister of State at the Ministry of Education.
Mr Akufo-Addo explained that the four persons will be good team players in ensuring the collective commitment that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has made “to provide an honest, competent government for the people of Ghana”.
On behalf of the ministers who were inducted, Dome Kwabenya MP Sarah Adwoa Safo thanked the president and “solemnly pledge to serve the people of Ghana under your administration to the best of our ability”.
