Gaskia, u are right on point. Instead of tracking the wreckless driver who parked the broken down vehicle anyhow, leading to this unnecessary and avoidable loss of life, u beating about the bush!
This is pure incompetence on the part of the police. All they need is to put hazard lights on so they can be seen.
@Calm, you probably didn't read the report well. This accident has got nothing to do with the police. The KIA truck broke down & it was the responsibility of the driver of the truck to put those warning signs. Maybe the decea ...
