Until we allow Coaches hired and paid with the tax payers money, our game will continue to decline and the best players will never get to play for the national team.
It’s sad to say that a coaches list of players goes through the management team before it’s made public. Why don’t we sack the coach and allow the management team to form a consortium and coach the team.
It doesn’t make sense that this is allowed to happen and is still happening. The so-called football people must stop the nonsense and allow the coaches to work freely. Ordinarily, no coach will accept responsibility for poor performance if his list is scrutinized by a management team. This is purely interference and must stop.
The management team should be interested in player welfare and how to motivate players and coaches to give off their best.
