  Government should provide Nadmo and Amy engineers equipments to rescue and deal with the floods especially plastic and aluminium rescue boats with machines to propel their movements in water, commercial huge pumping machines with one 20ins diameter flexible pipe hose and 500 meters long to pump flooded areas waters into rivers , lakes,lagoons and the sea ,this should done 24hrs to reduce floods in individual properties, streets and most areas in the short term .In the long term all rivers,water ways ,gutters , lagoons and tunnels for water disposition into the sea should be distilled moreover more water ways and tunnels should be created to enable easy flow of water to the sea .There should be clean up exercise monthly to clean up gutters and water ways / tunnels to reduce floods.
